A family retreat for generations
For decades, a 27-acre lake was the private weekend retreat for scores of children, grandchildren and friends. The park, now named Town Lake Park, is one of the first city parks in Prosper. The farm was affectionately known as The Canoe Club, and the canoe continues as the symbol for the Greenspoint community. For Greenspoint residents, a neighborhood canoe storage building is planned as a private lakeside facility, and a launch ramp will be located nearby.

At home with nature
Take a morning jog or an evening stroll along the meandering, all-weather hike and bike trails. Cast a few lures in the 27-acre stocked lake, and just maybe you’ll hook the big one. On Town Lake you can canoe or kayak across open waters, or go exploring along winding creeks. At night you can see forever, as shooting stars fill the evening skies. The shady refuge and picnic areas of Town Lake Park provide the ideal spot for family get-togethers. Nearby are the Whispering Farms and Prospering Farms Equestrian Centers. Call ahead and they’ll have your horse ready for a cross-country ride with refreshment in one of the watering troughs at Greenspoint. Play a round of golf at the Gentle Creek Golf Club, offering 18 holes that will challenge even the most experienced player. This is a lifestyle of long weekends. It’s where legacies begin, one day at a time, at home with nature.
